Thatcher Variations #1: In a site specific performance, Marthe Ramm Fortun will
load the new Torpedo bookshelves with temporal texts and shapes, found objects
and happenstance to create a heterotopic pirate ship, heavy with stolen goods. Drawing
on a collective unconscious, she trusts the audience to follow her in making
fluid connections between a selection of Torpedo books and the distinct
architecture and institutional context of Kunstnernes Hus.
